
In a small community like Kanab, a fitness center must be a multi-faceted facility with many purposes, appealing to all and excluding as few as possible. Adobe Fitness Center has attempted to have something for everyone, and we are always open to new ideas.

Be Amazing at Adobe Fitness
When changes or events such as seasons, holidays and even birthdays come along, often we think of ways we may improve ourselves. Let me suggest a thought, probably one you have entertained before but maybe not totally embrace. Exercise.. Now that the winter is about to change and it's dark outside longer, it's a good time to look at your health regime, do you really have one? At Adobe Fitness we can make it available for you to establish some type of exercise to improve and enjoy your fitness. Let's talk stretching----ahhh-hh-hhh, it can really make you feel good. Start slow and easy but start!! Perhaps you're more interested in cardio or getting your heart anaerobic, we have treadmills elliptical and recumbent bikes and classes that will get your heart pumping.

See our manager Jeri, or one of our friendly staff Josue, Laurie, Cheltsea and Heather, they will be happy to help you. The classes are included in your monthly membership fee.
We have a Personal Trainer in case you need some 1 on 1 or group training. Josue Rivera is a certified personal trainer and Crossfit level 1 trainer. Try Josue for a more specific direction. And you can always hit up his TRX classes.

Most of our members find their niche, plop their headphones in and get moving. Pumping to their own beat experiencing the benefits of exercise. Whatever your purpose,we want you to experience it.
