A new version of zumba with weights/stregth and toning combined. This class is 30 minutes of non-stop zumba; get that heart rate pumping, then 30 minutes of toning excersises that'll take you to the next step. You'll see more results with a workout like this! The class is challeging yet very fun. You'll leave feeling refreshed!
A class that's finally focused on your ABS! This is a great light weight workout! You'll target some of those other weak areas with dumbell exercises designed to give you a full body workout. Class is every Tuesday 8-9am.
For those who couldn't get enough, we've now added another class held Thursday evenings. Don't forget, this is a great way to work those Core muscles that are hard to reach! This also works for a fun night out with your friends. You'll laugh, shake and still get in a workout! Classes are held Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.

Perhaps most importantly, TRX Suspension Training supports all fitness levels and goals. By letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, you can easily adjust the degree of difficulty (from 5 to 100 percent of your body weight) whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.
